This policy explains what information Edova collects and how it is used. If your school or teacher created your account, they determine how your information is used, and Edova processes it on their behalf.

١. المعلومات التي نجمعها

We collect your name and email address, as well as your WhatsApp number if you provide one. We also collect your schoolwork, including submissions, uploaded files, answers, grades and feedback, along with sign-in and device information: your IP address, an ID for each browser you use, and your screen size, time zone and language. If you write to us through the contact form, we also keep your organisation, how you describe yourself (school, teacher and so on), the number of students and your message. If you or your school buys a plan, we keep its billing details, orders, invoices and payments.

٢. كيف نستخدم معلوماتك

We use your information to provide educational services, support assessment grading and generate academic reports. AI may suggest grades, but a teacher or authorised reviewer checks each grade before publication.

٣. تخزين البيانات وأمنها

لكل مساحة عمل مدرسية قاعدة بيانات خاصة بها. والمفاتيح التي يستخدمها Edova للوصول إلى تلك القواعد مشفّرة (AES-256)، وتُخزَّن كلمة مرورك على هيئة تجزئة أحادية الاتجاه فقط، فلا يستطيع أحد في Edova أو في مدرستك قراءتها. ويتصل متصفحك بـ Edova عبر HTTPS.

٥. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

  • بيانات الحساب: حتى يُطلب حذفها
  • Grades and submissions: kept for as long as your school’s workspace exists, so past grading decisions can be reviewed. Your school decides how they are used, and we keep them on its behalf.

٦. خدمات الأطراف الثالثة

To generate suggested grades for teacher review, Edova shares students’ answers and uploaded work (and, where enabled, scans of handwritten work) with AI service providers we select. A teacher, or someone they authorise, reviews every mark before it is published. We use these providers’ paid business services, on terms and settings that do not let them train their models on what we send. They may keep it for a limited time to check for misuse, or longer where the law requires. Other services that process personal data for us are our hosting and storage provider, the network provider that carries traffic to and from Edova, email and WhatsApp delivery services, a video streaming service and, for card payments, a payment provider.

لا نستخدم إلا ملفات تعريف الارتباط التي يحتاجها الموقع ليعمل: ملفًا يُبقيك مسجّلًا للدخول، وبضعة ملفات تتذكّر خطوة قيد التنفيذ (مثل رمز تسجيل الدخول)، وملفًا نستخدمه لتذكّر لغتك المفضّلة لهذا الموقع. ولا نستخدم ملفات تعريف ارتباط للإعلانات أو للتحليلات.
