No. AI suggests a grade and provides a short comment for each answer based on your rubric. You read the draft, change whatever you disagree with, and nothing reaches a student until you publish it. The draft gives you a head start. You decide the grade.

Your own rubric. When you set an assignment, you say what a good answer looks like and how many marks each part is worth: the same information you’d give students anyway. The drafts follow your standards.

Each school’s workspace uses a separate database, and its database password is encrypted at rest. Your courses, submissions and marks are never stored alongside another school’s.

Teaching assistants can perform only the actions you permit. You decide per course what an assistant can do, and you can take marking away on a single assignment, such as the final exam. Every step a paper moves through is recorded with who moved it.

Parents can view their own child’s published grades, submitted work status and grade trends — but nothing else. They can look but not touch: they can’t see other students or interfere with coursework.

Nothing stops. Students can continue submitting work, and teachers can continue their usual grading activities. Work waiting for its suggested grades starts again by itself once you top up or next month’s allowance arrives. An empty wallet doesn’t stop students from learning or submitting work.

Yes. The gradebook exports to CSV, students can download their own marks as a CSV transcript, and anyone can ask for their account to be deleted from their profile.
