By accessing or using the Edova Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You must notify your administrator immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit plagiarized work or misrepresent AI-generated content as your own.
  • Attempt to circumvent assessment integrity protections.
  • Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access.
  • Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise platform security.
  • Use the platform for any purpose other than legitimate educational activities.

4. Academic Integrity

Academic integrity policy is set by your institution. Violations are handled by your institution in accordance with their academic conduct procedures.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Course materials remain the property of the institution or instructor who created them.
  • Student submissions remain the intellectual property of the student, subject to institutional policies.
  • The platform software and its original content are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. AI-Assisted Grading

This platform uses artificial intelligence to assist with grading and feedback. AI-generated grades and feedback are subject to instructor review. Final academic decisions rest with the instructor and institution.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

9. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
