Why isn’t pricing listed on the website?
It depends on how many courses and students you run and how much AI marking you need, so we agree a price with you after a demo.
How do we pay?
You can pay by bank transfer or cash. Please include your order or invoice number with the payment. A school’s licence can be paid in instalments we agree with you, each with its own invoice.
Is there a free plan or trial?
There’s no free plan, and we don’t offer free trials at the moment. Book a demo and we’ll show you Edova working on your own course.
Can a teacher on their own use Edova?
Yes. Book a demo and we’ll set up a workspace for you.
What happens if we use our AI-marking allowance before the month ends?
Students can continue submitting work while AI grading pauses. Processing resumes automatically when you add funds or the next monthly allowance becomes available.
Do we get an invoice?
Yes. Every payment produces an invoice, and your admins download it as a PDF from the billing page.
Can we export our marks?
Yes. Teachers and admins can export the gradebook to CSV at any time.
